Quality Policy
The company PAPADOPOULOS IOANNIS & SIA EE in response to the demands of the modern business environment and aiming to improve its organizational structure and internal communication, always striving for faster and better customer service, has decided to design and implement a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the International Standard ELOT EN ISO 9001:2015.
The Company’s Quality Management System covers the Design, Development, and Marketing of Software – Training – Support and has been designed in accordance with the needs and objectives of the Company and the Legal and Regulatory Requirements of applicable Greek and European Legislation.
The main goal of the Quality Management System of PAPADOPOULOS IOANNIS & SIA EE is to establish a foundation for the continuous improvement of the efficiency of its processes, always guided by the continuous satisfaction of its customers’ needs and expectations to the maximum possible extent.
To achieve the above, the Company is committed to complying with the legal & regulatory framework, while Management continuously supports and implements the Company’s Quality Management System by establishing objective Quality goals, based on the wholehearted and constructive cooperation of both its employees and its partners.
The basic principles as expressed in the procedures of the Company’s Quality System are:
- Compliance with the predefined customer requirements as agreed upon through written contracts/agreements, with the aim of increasing their satisfaction.
- Continuous customer support after the sale, as well as constructive collaboration with all partners.
- Continuous information and training of staff.
- Investigation of the causes of non-conformities or complaints and the further determination of corrective actions.
The principles of the System and the quality objectives are reviewed at regular intervals by the Company’s Management in order to adapt to new market needs and developments, legislative requirements, and the achievement of continuous improvement of the Company’s operations.
Through these continuous reviews, Management is constantly seeking to identify both human and material resource needs. Management is committed to providing the necessary resources to meet those needs as they arise and evolve from the current circumstances, to the fullest extent possible.
All departments of PAPADOPOULOS IOANNIS & SIA EE are responsible for responding to, assimilating, and implementing the procedures required by the Quality System in their daily activities.
It is also the responsibility of the Management of PAPADOPOULOS IOANNIS & SIA EE to ensure that the Quality Policy is communicated, understood, and implemented by all human resources of the Company, with the ultimate goal of continuous and stable development of its business activity, unwavering adherence to its principles, and continuous offering of high-quality products and services to its customers. The Quality Policy is conveyed to employees through activities such as training sessions, updates, staff meetings, and, most importantly, through the consistent implementation of the Quality System requirements by Management.
