Digital accessibility has become a fundamental requirement for every modern digital service. In this context, the Technical Chamber of Greece (TCG) entrusted Lioncode with the development of the prosvasis.tee.gr platform, aiming to ensure equal access to digital content for all users.

The solution developed by Lioncode is powered by an innovative artificial intelligence engine that operates as an intermediary layer between the TCG’s main website and the accessibility platform. Through custom development and API integrations, website content is dynamically transformed to comply with WCAG 2.1 Level AAA requirements and the EN 301 549 European accessibility standard, delivering a truly accessible and inclusive user experience.

This project is particularly significant at a time when digital accessibility is at the forefront of European developments. The implementation of the EU Directive 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act) and its incorporation into Greek legislation through Law 4994/2022 have introduced new requirements for organizations and businesses that provide digital services.

Through initiatives such as prosvasis.tee.gr, Lioncode actively contributes to the creation of a more accessible, inclusive, and technologically advanced digital environment, helping organizations meet evolving accessibility standards while delivering equal access to digital services for all users.
