The story begins around 1976, when for the first time the neighborhood where the Ioannidis family’s bakery was located in Nea Karvali was filled with the aroma of freshly baked kourabiedes.
The customers of the small bakery and confectionery at the time had the opportunity to taste for free the result of an old traditional recipe from Grandma Maria, originally from Cappadocia.
