Ouzo - Tsipouro Babatzim
It started with Anestis Babatzimopoulos, son of Stavros, in 1875 in Constantinople, with privately owned vineyards in Delliones of Silivria. Following the population exchange in 1922, he moved to Chrysoupoli, Kavala, where he continued distilling until his death in 1937. Since then, the business, now in its fourth generation and always based in Chrysoupoli, Kavala Prefecture, produces the Genuine and Traditional BABATZIM OUZO and TSIPOURO with the same passion and the unique original recipe of its founder.
