Aelia Apartments

Aelia Apartments are located near the center of Nea Peramos and just 300 meters from its enchanting beach. The Nea Peramos area is easily accessible, with the airports of Kavala and Thessaloniki situated very close by. The beautiful city of Kavala is only 15 km away from Aelia Apartments.

This is a family business established in 2009 (featuring high-standard facilities) and underwent a complete renovation in 2017.

It all started from the owners’ love for architecture. Maria, Thalis, and Fotis, the owners of the apartments, are all engineers. Due to their professions, they designed and built beautiful accommodations that offer high-quality services and comforts, providing a unique experience for their guests.
